JOB FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES

• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.

• Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.

• Emotional intelligence is a mandatory requirement

• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.

• Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.


• Ensure labour law/ legal compliance throughout human resource management.

Qualification

BSC/HND in Business Administration or related field. Associate Membership of CIPM/ any other HR professional body. MSC/MILR/MBA with a focus on HR will suffice.

Experience

A minimum of 5-7years post NYSC work experience in a similar role is the minimum requirement.
